
The Wallonia-Brussels Federation is a French-speaking community in the heart of Europe with nearly 4.5 million French speakers. As a member of the International Organisation of the Francophonie (OIF) since 1980, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation is involved in the following bodies and agencies:

The General Delegation Wallonia-Brussels in Quebec contributes to the influence of Francophonie in Canada through various projects, events and partnerships with OIF institutions in Canada (AUF and Institut de la Francophonie pour le développement durable) as well as with Quebec and Canadian institutions working to promote and disseminate French.
